With over 50 years experience in the scrap metal recycling industry, we have established ourselves as one of the leaders in Scrap Metal across Queensland. We have built our business on understanding what our customers want and providing very competitive prices. Before 2013, we employed 25 staff and operated from only 3 sites in Coopers Plains, Kingston and Toowoomba. Today, Action Metal Recyclers employ over 120 employees and provide services from 9 sites across Queensland including Oxley, Banyo, Townsville, Warwick, Gladstone and the Gold Coast.

Our substantial growth during this time has been achieved through exceptional customer service, our state-of-the-art machinery and technology, which we use to process Scrap Metal economically and efficiently, which in turn enables us to pay the most competitive prices across all products.

We buy all types of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals ranging from the common domestic products such as fridges, window frames and roofing iron,  to commercial scrap metal such as structural steel and machinery.
